2 halves for the body.
2 horns.
1 head.
1 crest.
1 back.
1 tail.
1 crest thingie that goes on top of the tail and behind the back.

If you count the howdah, add the following:
5 skinks.
1 set of logs for the base.
3 walls.
1 triangle support for the bow.
1 giant bow.
2 giant quivers.
1 hugeass pole.
5 shields.

I forgot to mention that this was for the latest edition of the steggie... I have no idea what the 5th ed. box was like (howdah-wise that is).

no worries, i realized that the particular model i was looking at must be an older one, as the bow is missing, (i can't believe i missed that the first time..), and there are 6 skinks

Well, it's fairly easy to spot older lizardmen models because of the shields, like here:

If the shield is perfectly round, it's OOP.
If it's less of a circle and more of a crescent, it's new.
