They are a minimum of "fine". They have access to (and must use, actually) cheap bows etc all over the warband, so I don't think there's nothing to complain about. ^^

I agree with StefDa. Despite being a "shooty" themed warband, they're still not actually that good at it. I found that to be able to afford some of the nicer options they're allowed, it naturally kept the warband size to a sensible level so it kinda balanced out.

Anyway - how can you not play purely for fun with a Robin Hood warband? ;)

They dont seem to be too bad, Everyone needs a bow so they are expensive, but normal bows only usually give short range firepower. They would excel on a medium to close terrain board provided they get a volly or two off before combat starts.
The real power is heroes with LB and hunting arrows from the off, but thats expensive.

I quite like them.
