my question is basically this, does settra the imperishable cast his incantations and his will of settra at the level of D6 like normal My will be done or 3D6 as he can use incatations in the same manner as a liche high priest??

im curious as i was planning to build an army with him and wanted to see how powerful his magic actually is

Settra can cast two incantations at a power level of 3D6 each (any of the four spells), and also use his special 'my will be done' cast on a power level of 1D6. With 'my will be done' he can make each unit of tomb guard, chariots, and heavy cavalry either attack, shoot, or move/charge. a seperate D6 roll is required for each unit of these types to determine what power level each 'my will be done' spell is cast.

Hope that clears it up. Settra is awesome.

Stormcrow has the right of it.

Yes, Settra is bigtime awesome... just watch out for magic heavy opponents.
