Does anyone here actually use the forgeworld Bloodthirster in games? I mean, it looks frickin fantastic, but I guess you'd need some special rules where it's about as tough as a titan or something. Or maybe you could use it for Inquisitor...

Anyway, does anyone use the Forgeworld Bloodthirster in games?

It has it's own rules, they're in IA2004. It's rather strong.

It's not something that should be used in games under 3k points.

It's also 888 points, and most of its stats are 8, which is fantastic.

Thats a special character. Strictly speaking you could use the Forgeworld 'Thirster as a standard one, and I know I certainly would, if I had it..Just the look on my opponents face when he sees it would be worth all the effort..

Can you use its special rules / stats in WFB or are they 40k specific?

Just like any other special character, it's specific to the game it's from. But again you can use the model in any game you want to. Heck..you could even use it as the worlds meanest looking balrog, if you wanted to.

Would it pass off as a daemon prince? If so, a tzeentch one?

I want one...but i dont know where the heck it would fit in my armies, maybe my fantasy chaos army, but they are already 2k points and im not going any higher...dammit! Im confused!

Would it pass off as a daemon prince? If so, a tzeentch one?Yes, but no... It could pass as a tricked-out Khornate daemon prince, but not a Tzeentch one.

As for battle report:

If I started a Khonre army I would use it as a bog standard Bloodthirster. Thought I don't know what they would think, if I took it to the UK GT. Thought it would be funny from it to get a cover save, when the building/cover is only shine deep lol
