Well My 360 is back [children cheer] but now it won't connect to my wireless router. There's a red light [children scream] on the wireless thingy that plugs into the back.
So does anyone have any sugestions as to what the problem is now?
I'm thinkin
A) a problem witht he wireless thingy
B) a problem with the router
C) there's some settings I need to adjust
Need help please :)

Crap luck you seem to be having there.

Um, was this a problem from the word "go" once you got your Xbox back? Or did it start up some time afterwards?

Did you send in the hard drive as well? It may have been cleaned out and settings lost.

Has anything changed with the router recently? Try resetting the router to see if there's been an issue there.

Hope it's a temp./easily fixed issue.

It hasn't been working since I got it back. I'll have a little fiddle with it tomorow and see how it goes. I don't really want to reset the router for fear of it going all freaky on me.

Never used the 360 wireless, but if you have any encryption set up on the router, it may have trouble negotiating with it.

i would suggest connecting your 360 direct to the router via a wire, should it work then its the wireless thing.

Wireless tech has in my experience a bad habit of burning out from overuse.
