Not the "40K with Legos" bot Legos used to make 40K stuff. Pretty impressive.

Cool. My chaplain's Grail is Lego, but that dreadnought puts me to shame:):)

Good stuff their, I wonder if those would be more or less expensive then GWs originals :p. Their's quite a lot of Lego 40k out there, I'm sure I've also seen the lego thunderhawk, etc. All cool stuff.

Cool, but I prefer one in pewter, or resin.

Very high quality stuff we have here.

I really like the dreads, the chaos one especially, the bull head is fantastic!

Lego was my childhood... so this is just... magical!

I wonder (if disguised properly, seems between bricks would have to be hidden with varnish or poly cement) if you could use those in a game? Just for vehicles ofc... (for starters MWAHAHAHAHAHA )

My flatmate and I clearly agree we would have no issue if you fielded that in an actual game. Sheer brilliance.

I need a black templars one, where and how much?

23-01-2008, 01:21
Would these count as scratchbuilt? It's not like they were using parts from a competing miniature company.

23-01-2008, 01:30
Could you make money selling self-built lego dreadnoughts?

You're wrong. The surfing Dread is the GREATEST thing ever.

Lego as I recall it could have never made something that looks like that, it got all fancy all of a sudden! Must admit compared to an actual model not too fussed, but in awe of the skill needed to make one of those just from bits and pieces laying around.

Thats impressive.

23-01-2008, 03:19
So... uh... is that 40k scale? And is it... well...

*whisper* Is it cheaper than GW?

23-01-2008, 06:07
Looks good but I think they've been made from odds and ends of lego just stuck together rather than actually being assembled in the "lego" way if you get what I mean.

Still pretty good though.

23-01-2008, 11:32
It's bigger than 40k scale, it's about twice the size, I think. which would make it Inquisitor-scale.

I have an insane amount of lego's left from when i was a kid. This is awsome. I wonder if you could find instructions on how to build your own somewhere.

I agree. Lego was just cuboid blocks with a few special pieces, but i don't mind that now it has all of these super-thingy-majigs. It is still as cool as it was when i used it!

Does anyone know where to ind the parts lists and instructions for these? Also how big are they compared to the actual model?
