View Full Version : Lrb5?

A while back, I downloaded the LRB5 and it used counting squares to measure pass ranges.
Yesterday, I downloaded and printed it off again in order to give it to the kids on campus to use to play the game and saw that it used the range ruler for passes. Is this an accident or have they gone back to using the range ruler again? I ask because if they have, then the kids on campus will have a MUCH harder time of playing the game.
Also, if they have gone back to the range ruler, does anyone have a copy of the file that uses counting squares? That way, I could save and print it off to give them to use instead of the range ruler one.
I appreciate any help you can give me in this.

There is one here (http://www.dangermouse.net/games/bloodbowl/passes.gif)...
(Not mine, though. I just Googled it.)

That one isn't right for some of the ranges. Here's one that is correct.

It's also in the ickle book of LRB5.

They haven't "gone back" to using the range ruler, they never stopped using it.
However, because GW in it's infinite wisdom refuses to sell the templates (and pitches) seperately , many people don't have access to a range ruler, without buying a complete boxset or hitting eBay, people have released documents for counting squares for passing.

However, remember none of them are "official".

Hang on chaps - if you go here:
