In your opinion, what do you think is the best Biker/Jetbiker?

Recently I have been having great fun with my farseer ( Guided and Fortuned ) + 4 Wl bodyguards each with D. Re-roll 4+ inv. saves and ea. with flame based attack + WB's. Awesome.
Considering adding an autoch chappy but new fangled thing that he is can't quite figure him out.

Dark Eldar.

A unit can have 2 Blasters, which make a mockery of armour, plus the unit leader (Succubus if I recall correctly) can be upgraded to have the dreaded Agoniser and Combat Drugs combo. Oh and the rest of the unit will be under the effects of a milder version of Combat Drugs.

And the model is one of the few nice looking Dark Eldar models around.

Then there is always the option of putting a Dark Eldar HQ choice on one... which is just nasty.

Destroyer hands down.

Single best FA choice in the game.

Fast, packs a mectric Fton of firepower, is tough normally and then you have WBB, cheap by necron standards.

Tzeench biker. Meltaguns and a 2+ invulnerable save after boosting.

No, the icon of tzeentch does not give bikers a 2+ invulnerable save.

It adds an additional +1 to an invulnerable save. So, since on a turbo boost, thier 3+ is invulnerable, it makes it a 2+ invulnerable. Any other time, they have a 5+ invulnerable save due to the icon.

Wazdakka Gutsmek. Being allowed to shoot his Dakkakannon after turboboosting is very nasty.

Nobs on bike with painboy is pretty nasty. 4+ save with WBB and two wounds. Not cheap though, o no.

I'm gonna go for regular Ork Warbikes. They're not ball-bustingly expensive, and can kick out a lot of semi-accurate shots and ain't too shabby in combat when you throw in the PK-weilding Nob. Plus decent survivability with the perminant 4+ cover save, the only real, solid disadvantage is poor Leadership once a couple have been knocked down.

Any bike that is not a Reaver jetbike.

Currently? The big expensive Nasty Jetbike unit I can think of...

5 Deffkoptaz with Twinlinked Rokkits and Buzzsaws. They're godawful expensive, but t5 4+ save jetbikes with 2 wounds a piece, a total of 5 twinliked S8 AP3 BS2 shots per turn...plus they all have S6 Pks and as of the current rule set they can Turbo-Scout? Dey is good fer tankhunting anything that isn't an LR or a Lith.

As a Ravenwing nut I have to go ahead and say Sammael. He's immune to instant death, is pretty darn good in melee, has high toughness and is packing a Plasma Cannon with BS 5.

Yeah I'd have to say Sammie too. Dark Angels ftw!!
