Anyone here playing Warmaster in Northern New Jersey? I haven't played since I have moved here and have searched for local clubs with no luck. If anyone in the area still plays, I have a painted high elf contingent and a rulebook.

Side note, this forum needs a meetup area where ppl can place events and games wanted based on area.

I am in Bergen County, right next to NYC. I have a few old friends who still live in MD who play, but otherwise I haven't found a soul.

maybe we can meet up sometime. im gonna be running a specialist games day at my local store in may, maybe you could come down and demo the game for the gamers in the area. would you be interested?

I don't have a huge army, around 2000 pts of high elves. Where is your store? If I know i will be passing through some weekend I will let you know.

I play at The Compleat Strategist (33rd bet 5th and Madison) on Thursdays; WHFB at the moment. Do they let you play specialist games at the 8th street store? I know they are strict about minis that aren't from the current line.

dunno about them being strict about non-current minis. i think they just have to be GW and built.
i am pretty sure that if some folks wanted to play a specialist game, and there was a free table on a non-weekend night, there wouldn't be a problem.

Sounds good, shoot me a PM if you want to play after work someday at 8th, I can do up to 2000 pts of high elves.
