1) what size round bases do tzeentch flamers + mounted daemonettes go on?

2) what would be a good stand in for the bloodthirster? im thinking galrauch or would it be too big?

3)would dark elf harpies fit into a slaanesh daemon force as furies?

4) any other ideas for a tzeentch / slaanesh daemon army? like which daemon prince to use?

1) The ones that are slightly bigger then normal round bases, but smaller then walker/weapon team bases.

2) Gaulrach would be a good stand in, but don't you like the bloodthirster model, then? Its a good model if you put it together and paint it right.

3) Deffinetly. I do the same thing, since I hate the normal furies ^^ If you paint them like your daemonette's, the harpies are just nette's with wings.

4) If you don't like the 40K Daemon Princes, then there's a lot of alternatives to considder.
Belakor is my main Daemon Prince, since its such a sweet model and doesn't look bad in 40K at all.

This LOTR model is surprisingly well made and very suitable to lead your daemons to greater glory:

There was also a very nice Slaanesh daemon in the classic and collectors section, I own it, but I think they removed it, since I canīt find it anymore.

I hope that helped! :)

1) Terminator bases

2) Gaulrach sounds good.

3) Deamonette's are great stand ins just paint them like slaneshi deamons and they'll look aweswome.

4) I think the Balrog could be a great deamon prince with some conversion.

thanks for all that.
ill dig out some bigger bases for the flamers.
furies are going to be daemonettes with wings. might even have the new plastic claws on them
and i forgot about the LOTR daemon. i might have to use him.

just not keen on the bloodthirster model. looks too chunky for my liking.
and im not keen on using the balrog

There are various 3rd party models available. I suggest looking to Rackham, Reaper, Helldorado, etc.

3)would dark elf harpies fit into a slaanesh daemon force as furies?
Seen it happen various times.
I myself have various 3rd party harpies and succubuses planned to be used as such.

You mean models or an actual army list?
Models:
Pretty much any model is fine, as daemons vary in looks and style. I once had the idea for a Tzeentch army using Kroots as horrors (fits with the bird theme of Tzeentch). My all female Slaanesh legion uses plenty of non-GW models.
(Various daemonettes, Rackham mixed with GW bits)

(A daemonette and a champion, Reaper)

(Pleasureseekers and a daemonette for scale, Rackham)

(Exalted daemon, Freebooter)

As for list, I don't know much about the up coming list, but I would imagine Tzeentch is good with shooting and Slaanesh fast to engage in CC and flank the enemy. At least that's how it works in my WHFB legion. Apart from daemonettes, my whole army can march 20" a turn.

I like to use these as family-friendly (ie Not naked) Daemonettes.

The whips also look like a weapon that would rend!

I don't know what everyone else is talking about, but Flamers of Tzeentch go on the 2cm (small) round slottabases (http://store.us.games-workshop.com/storefront/store.us?do=Individual&code=99069915016&orignav=9)

Mounted daemonettes (and all mounted models) go on the rectangular "cavalry" bases. Some people add half a round base to each end of a square base, see the black gobbo article on basing bikes (same principle) at http://us.games-workshop.com/games/40k/darkangels/painting/bases/default.htm

LOTR Balrog makes a good 'Thirster.

For Daemon Prince, it can take any form - part mechanical if you want (mix pieces of daemon and dreanought/defiler kits for an iron Warriors prince.

Harpies make great furies.

yes the 40mm round bases ( same as terminator/LotR cavalry ), although theers nothing stopping you sing the rectangle Cav bases used in fantasy.
