im working on pretty much a scratch built army, using lizardman rules, i want it to be really competitive but i want the same characters to progress through the army to keep it fluffy

have a few points left over in places, would like to get CoJ on my scarvet but cant find the points at the mo

Your vetren should have a jaguar charm in each list. Drop parts of the sarri command in each list to make room for this. Commands arn't so great.

In the last list, the 2nd priest is kinda useless. If you have no slann, it's best to go ether pure defence or 1 priest with gem. U already have 2 3 dice casts, and you have to almost doble your points to add a 2 dice cast. If you want magic defence, take some marks of tepoc.

Also, try to fit quetzle in on some sarri units. It owns.
