So, what do we all think? Horde-ish enough?

-Very hordish but I would throw in a warp fire thrower or a squad of jezzails. You simply don't have anything to down big targets and one of those might help.
-I would also give your engineer a full kit (pistol optional) as the extra dice will help to get more spells off (the extra dice his kit generates goes to the army pool so anybody can use it)
- Also consider getting a different weapon on your warlord because doesn't the weeping blade have a chance to kill him?
- Try and find the points to get the Gutter runners into a tunneling team. Hope that helps

I'm not having any weapon teams or Jezzails since i can't fit them in and they cost way too many points. Plus 7th edition broke the weapon teams.

I've got a minimum engineer because he's just a scroll-caddy. Nothing more, nothing less.

No, weeping blade does not hurt him. You're thinking of the Fell-blade.

Tunneling teams are a little too unreliable and expensive for my taste. In a larger army I might field 2 tunneling teams so I can be sure at least one will make it.

id drop liber on the plague priest unless your doing it jsut for the dispel dice ( as he probably wont get his spell off), id also give him a plague censer, and a ward save

Yeah I've got liber just for the dispell dice. I had two bare-bones engineers, but decided I could use the couple of extra points to get a character that could fight well.
