The stormvermin look after the bell, Hense why they have 19 models(the amount that fits onto my movement trays)

Spears on the flanks, Shields each side of the bell unit.
Note that I uses pistols of my warlocks.

Looks like decent list however I would make some changes

1 Rather let one of the 30 man/rat unit of Clan Rats move the bell. With only 19 Storm Vermin you will find that after only a few deaths you cant move the thing. Also you want your Storm Vermin to be your hammer unit and thick in the fighting which is where you dont want the bell.

2 maybe drop the Warp Lightning cannon for some Jezzails

id drop the bell to be honest, its a huge point sink, and makes one of your cheap weak skaven units roughly 700 pts? trust me its not worth it.

the storm vermin are too small if u insist on taking them, 25 is the min for skaven ranked units, you need rank bonuses for ld, and static cr as even the most elite of our troops have trouble killing stuff.

- drop the pistols on the warlocks, drop death globes.

- id drop the weapon teams, you spent 240 pts on them for 4 wounds total, that 1-2 archers units from any army can kill before they get a single shot. or any fireball spell, any ranged attack period. If the armies you plan on facing have no magic or shooting they are worth keeping, but vs any army with ranged attacks, you will lose 240vps very easily with those 1 w toughness 3 models.

- Skaven need slaves, period. theres no reason not to include units of 25 slaves with musician, they are great for flanking, redirecting, holding units they are the best unit in the army by far. Add 4 units.

- drop spears on the clanrats, skaven are a mobile army, you should charge what u want to charge and shouldnt take many charges with movement 5. regardless the extra 5 str 3 attacks wont kill anything anyway and its a waste of points most of the time. also make all the clanrats 29 men strong, throw your characters in there to make a round 30.

- drop the pistols on the locks, drop the deathglobes. Take 1-2 scrolls on him instead for magic defense.

with the extra points add tunnel teams with posioned hand wpns preferably 5 men strong
- maybe add another WLC and jezzails

I agree with Fubukii although for some reason every time I take Jezzails that never kill anything. Also I like having 2 Ratling Guns for anti stuffs put them on the sides and it helps your flanks some. try some gutter runners or night runners. Tunneling is fun when it works.

well well well look what we have here i would listen to these guys 'gov', the lords of warseer have been very very helpful for me.

and it would be a nice change if your army was kinda challeging next time i play you lol, you saw what happend in last game lol (it still make me smile lol)

slaves are the core units of skaven armys i learnt that much from every other skaven player at our club

heres some tips on how to redirect with slaves and deploy so redirecting becomes easy

Stormvermin are not a hammer unit. They lack the power to do the damage to make them worth there points. They are however harder to take down with shooting. Hense why they have the bell, they last longer.

I have never struggled to keep my ratling teams alive...not including blowing themselfs up.

I am a strong believer in the pistols, as they add to the abilty of the warlocks in combat and having a shooting weapon has come in handy quite a few times.

I cannot rember what happend in "the last game", it was quite along time ago.

Thinking maybe dropping a ratling gun, death globes and a scroll for some jazzails.

I dont have the models to build slave units, so I am afraid that they are out.
