I want some variation from my khorne list without buying _alot_ of new models. But is this list legal/competitive?

Well it's definately legal. You should have the warhounds screening the knights because marauder horsemen definately don't need screens. some people even use them as screens. And the furies should be sent out to kill warmachines like they were perfectly desiged to do.(fear flying not totally useless in combat)

You should drop the small sorceror with the lore of fire in exchange for and exalted champion on a horse with a great weapon. he'll add a little exra needed punch in close combat and possibly win some challenges to get that extra +2 cr. Also drop the musician on the leadbelchers because you shouldn't really be rushing them into combat. They should just stand and shoot at the enemy until they get close enough to charge.

Also some people might bug you about having a unit of khorne knights in you're magic heavy army.
