Hi, I'm looking for some help. I want to convert a Falcon into a Wave Serpert. I remember seeing it done before GW released the WS model. Can any one help?

Before the GW model came out, i believe the Roy Bann conversion was fairly popular.
found here (http://home.earthlink.net/~808-buma/waveserpent/wave.html)
I am currently working on a modified version of this conversion, and once i get a break between assignments ill try get some more pics up

Is the Falcon readily built? Otherwise wait, until the Wave Serpent sprue is available again and built it according to the plan. The Wave Servent has a longer hull, so a conversion is difficult and probably not worth the effort.

I never even worried about the hull...

One of my conversions is centred around a wraithlord head more or less mounted on a vyper turret.

Hope that helps...

Ive resently bought from a co-worker whom has started to convert a falocn in to a wave serpent. He had started by cutting off the hatch and filling it with plasticard, then finding the bits for a twin linked weapon. Im contuning his convetion by adding the aetenai (sp?) spines on the wings.

The Roy Bann conversion (http://home.earthlink.net/~808-buma/waveserpent/wave.html) used to be a bit popular before the GW model came out.
I'm currently working on a conversion based around his one, hope to get some more progress and pictures up when i don't have a truck load of assignments to do
