First impressions, magic will destroy you. You've got 4 DD and that's it. Also, no too many Core units, which is strange because daemon Core is good.

Nice, inexpensive chariot buster, ==Me== likey. If you can, spring for a Spell Breaker to help against magic (which you have no defense against).

You can't take trappings of nurgle on a Herald, plus he has regen anyway. Toss him on a Palanquin for lots of poison attacks. I like the slime trail and noxious vapors too.

Winged Horror is redundant, the Disk already flies. Put him in a Burning Chariot and add a Spell Breaker.

Stick them together and put the Herald in this unit, a solid block of very hard to kill infantry.


6 Nurgling swarms 210p

Good tarpit, nothing more, drop down to 4 or split them up.


5 Flesh hounds 175p

Great, just be careful with them. Maybe add Karanak for extra killing.


6 Screamers 180p

2 units of 3, more flexibility, more slashing.

Too many, drop down to 3 plus the Herald, otherwise you're wasting frontage. Also consider a full command and Banner of Endless Rage.

Grab more, they're like Ratling Guns that don't kill your units:D


You've got too many points locked up in Special/Rare, not enough Core, and virtually no magic defense. Kairos and the Blue Scribes are great for adding magic power to an army, or just a bunch of Horrors/Heralds for defense. Basic daemons are quite good, even better with Heralds, don't underestimate them. Daemonettes are pretty much cavalry, Bloodletters ruin armored troops/knights, Plaguebearers don't ****** die, and Horrors are Core wizards.

tl;dr More Core, more magic defense.
