Ok I plan on hopefully exploiting the new Indigo Fire FAQ and creating a lot of Tzeentch Bestigors to fill out my ranks a little, but even as a stand alone army I'm hoping this will pack a serious punch. I have a lot of heavy hitters and plan on throwing the Wargor's with the sword of might and slaughters blade in the other 2 units of minotaurs. (Slowing them down a bit, but adding some more kick to their already devestating hitting power.) What do you guys think? (I'm playing a game with it tonight.)

In my last game I added the wargors to the minotaur units, but I found that slowing them down 2 inches on charges, did not make up for whatever minor support they offered. (Also all my casters were dying in combat...) So my concept this time is to just let the minotaurs do what they do best and leave my mages able to run around and nuke stuff (3+ armor save on each one to handle any fire they may suffer minus cannonballs and bolt throwers of course.) How is my army composition looking, and does anyone have any suggestions?

If you're worried about your mages getting hit, drop one giant to get 3 beast herds, also works as screens for your minos (in a pitch). 360degree LOS never hurt anyone :)

I may be a rookie to BoC but I've read thoroughly through the Codex and I understand the army well.

Tzeentch will destroy in the magic phase. So what you do is keep the characters as is and let the units be reworked.

2 giants are fun but IMO, 1 is enough. Try adding Chaos Spawns. Firewyrms are awesome. You could also try a unit of Dragon Ogres or even a Shaggoth.

Hope this helps.

I was close to adding a unit of Dragon ogres, but as I was trying nurgle mino's first (armor save 4+ w/str6 great weapons.) They kinda seemed like just another unit of minotaurs. The Spawn I havent considered becasue after they changed the way they attack (need to rool to hit) They just arent worth it IMHO. Maybe a Shaggoth would be nice, I'll have to read the rules on him again (If I mark him he becomes a character though right?)
