I admit, I've never played tomb kings in a single game. I've watched two games of them however, and I just loved watching the TK army stomp. Beautiful. I tried to maximize on the strengths of the army, but this list does have some pretty glaring weaknesses. Check it out, give me feedback, and help me tailor this chariot / casket / magic heavy list to be the best it can.

I know I need to get a bsb in there somewhere, but I haven't sat down to tweak the list yet. Basically hit hard with the chariots, cover flanks with archers, and use your scorps to just disrupt lines or eat arty crews.

Why give the casket priest the staff? You have room on your other priests who are actually more mobile.

My thought was to pick off fliers or stray units that somehow manage to get close to the casket and slip around my flank guards and chariots. However, I decided to give the character the ward save instead, and if I see a troublesome fielding or unit, I can just deploy the archers around the casket and pick them off.

I've also decided to field a screaming skull catapult instead of the bone giant. I figured the extra softening of the catapult would go farther than the hits the giant would bring.

Basically it looks like the army is going to play like this: Hit them with missiles and chariots, then flank with the scorpions if needed or hit the artillery if needed, and use magic to get the damage needed to keep my chariots in combat.
