Just had to steal this idea from Bligth, it was the only way I would ever get me an Eldar Titan.

Here's a few WIP pictures:

I hope you all agree that the proportions are better this way...

C&C are welcome.

It's looking nice so far. A couple of points about the pose, it looks very static so far, something the the warhound Titans suffer from. Maybe ib you stretch out one of the arms a little and bend the legs and knees more here and there a more Eldar like dynamic 'running/sprinting' pose can be achieved.

I guess for inspiration search for Wraithlord conversions made from the plastic kits.

Just my 2 cents.

Yes proportions are great. Youve lengthened the legs and removed one part of the torso? Looks good.

I have to agree with Slaaaaaanesh though. The pose needs more zing.

Thanks guys!

Hopefully it's still possible to reposition the legs...

Looks like I will be able to hide the ball waist in a good way.
Waiting for som Apoxie Sculpt I ordered, the stuff I'm currently using isn't very easy to use...

Tried to alter the pose, were not able to break up the joints in the legs though.
Tilted it a bit forward when I mounted it on a base, it helps a little on the static pose.
Most of the sculpted areas are not sanded down yet...

Still waiting for Apoxie...

Waiiiiiting for apoxie...

At last....! I got some Apoxie!
Started sculpting the head:

The head and the chest after some apoxie work:

The hard parts now are jump jets, thrusters, shoulders and hip shields. All of them will have to be made in platicard. The weapons will also be made of plasticard(tubes), but that won't be hard to do.

The sculpted head looks good for what you have done to it... I'm just thinking the head itself is way to large for its body. The Eldar titans seem to have smaller sleek heads. everything looks great though.:-)

@Green_RangerAK-47: A bit big, yes. Sadly, I have'nt been able to find the "rigth" thing to start the head from, migth have to redo it later...

Making a new head, a smaller one... After feedback...

This is the rough shape, Guardian style

Done some work on the launchers/jump jet mounts.
There's a bionicle head in there somewhere...

C&C please

The head and upper body so far. Starting to think this will look great.

When the jumpjets are in place, I think the head will look just rigth.?!?

c&c are welcome!

This update has just made this blog go from average to excellent!

@Red: Thanks, at last it started to look like something...

@TwiligthOdyssey: Thanks, and I hope it will look even better when I'm done. Steal away... :)

Remade the fins for the back, and worked a bit on the rigth shoulder.

Need to paint up 300p of DA within today, for a tale of X gamers on Team Anarchy, so no more will be done today.

I think it really looks great. The only thing I would suggest, if it is not too late,
is to replace the upper arm with a shorter and thinner wooden dowel.

Two textmarkers died to bring you this update...

http://www.postimage.org/gxweFPJ.jpg (http://www.postimage.org/image.php?v=gxweFPJ)

Did some more anyhow...

At least its the beginning on the jumpjets, I'll need to "fatten" them up bit though.

@Tommygun: Thanks, and coming from you its really somthing! May just be to late, or at least it will be put into the finishing touches department. Will have to find the apropriate dowel to... But thanks for the tip!

Got a shipment from my plasticard dealer, and were able to start on the pulsars. The apoxie rings is just the basis to start shapeing the pulsars.
http://www.postimage.org/aVYZmmS.jpg (http://www.postimage.org/image.php?v=aVYZmmS)

Size wise, I personally think it will work great. Here is a comparison to my warhound, the "Fubar".

The jump jet is looking very good. Are you going to make the shoulder pads larger?
The titan is looking good too. I have not seen it, sense you started painting it. -Tom.

OP master N

@Tommygun: Thanks, yes I'm gonna make the shoulder pad larger. I've got a few FW pictures as reference, and the pad needs to be about twice as big as it is now...
Actually, I'm don't think I've given an update on the current state of my Warhound on that thread... Thanks for the reminder!

Have let myself be inspired by Eldar Guardians, and will detail it much like those... Hence the Guarian style leg armour.
