It's a conversion, I'm pretty sure.

With what parts ?
Maybe left arm from necron.... ? It's the only parts I may recognize

I... don't know, I have to admit. I was thinking that the left arm looked like Sly Marblo's hand and the right used Inquisitor Tyrus' powerfingers, but I'm not so sure now. I also assumed the base for the model was the calidus assassin, while the pose of the feet are right, I don't think that's the case.
So maybe it's a different model altogether. It's not GW in that case, possibly the purity seals were added after.

It's not GW in that case,
It's an GW minis. Sculpted by Gary Morley.
As he did sculpt some other unreleased miniatures for the -][- Range ; I presume this one is also unreleased

Perhaps, that sounds plausible - where did you find it?
It's pretty ugly compared with the existing Death Cultists...

It is definitely no miniature released by GW. Doesn't look like a conversion either, looks like sculpted in one piece. Have never seen it on "unreleased GW" lists though, but everything is possible.
Personally, I am not very fond of the miniature, there are better "future assassin chicks in tight leather" from many ranges.

Looks like the legs and part of the torso are based on the DE Mandrake model to me.

Care to point to a couple? I need some variety in my assassins.

Looks to me as though the body maybe from the DE range? But i'd also agree that arm looks kind of out of place.

Have never seen it on "unreleased GW" lists though, but everything is possible.
They are many stuff you will not find on " GW unreleased list :=)" - like some barbarian, beastmen unit, warmaster skaven army , etc, etc :D
Looks like the legs and part of the torso are based on the DE Mandrake model to me.
Have you got an pics, please ? ( and name of the sculptor ? )
Thanks !
