Heart.

I don't think the Arabyians (or Arabians?) will be coming out any time soon as it seems the SG's are pretty much dead right now. So HAHAHA to you.

Wait, I like Araby.

Also who has played WMA?

The Arabian army (or parts of it) has been on display on several occasions. There is hope that it will be released in the next release window (early 2006) of Specialist Games.

I have some minis at home as well as the rule book. I do like the rules, but I haven't mastered to paint an army because this small minis are difficult to paint. I can muster an Empire and a High Elf army pointswise. To date I have painted a regiment of spear elves and a repeater battery. I also bought some Forge World stuff for Warmaster (the castles are superb).

Another problem that I face is finding an opponent. It is difficult at best and so I concentrate on other game systems at the moment.

Have fun,

Rolf.

I tried it and played a few games but gave up. I found it a bit too disjointed form my personal taste.

Having said that, it clearly had an impact on the development of Epic Armageddon and i think that is a better game because of Warmaster.

We still play the 'old' rules at my club (ie the ones published in the Warmaster rule book).

As far as I understand, the 'new' rules are still in development.

Oh and we also use the rulebook rules.

You are a high elf player arnt you.....

Dont worry I know loads of people that cant play fair armies and win.. there is nothing to be ashamed off....

But the errata makes High Elves soo much fairer... and i hope you can see that...

I am indeed a High Elf player.

But GW seem to have removed the 'Warmaster Armies' files from the website - does this mean that the update has been scrapped?

I play Warmaster, i have a High Elf army (bought at the time of release, rarely used now) a Dwarf army, and Empire army and a Khemri Army, I'm also about to get my grubby paws on an unwanted Orc and Gobbo army.

As for Arabians have you thought about looking at any historical manufactures as a kind of stop gap measure for figures? Maybe use an Empire list for the time being if you are unwilling to come up with your own.
