IA 3: The Taros Campaign is awesome. It is the first time I have seen anything out of GW that protrays the full spectrum of a Campaign in M41. Granted they have discussed others a little, but non to the detail of Taros. Taros involves the wide range of ground, air, and naval (space) units and discusses the larger campaign as a whole and the small engagments - ranging from 40k scale, to Epic, to BFG. It even contains Sceniros so you can refight those battles. I would love to see more products like this out of the Studio proper for 40k and Specialist Games could go into it, but first a wider range of minis would be needed for Epic.

Taros Campaign is an awesome book... well worth the 100 USD I spent on it.

What are others thoughts on the book as a whole? Would you like to see more stuff like it out of GW?

Yes, I agree with everything you said cept it was FW not GW. If IA 1 was like it I'd pick it up in a second, but it was the first of its kind. The writers wanted to try something new.. 9/10 of the book is fluff, which is the best part.

I think its great that they've included both Epic and BFG in the campaign scenarios. It gives the specialist games a good look in for a change.

I like mine very much, thank you.

I'm missing fleet list for Tau BFG thou....

Anybody knows when FW is publishing the FAQ?

OT: There's an orphan IG regiment. The Taronian 8th (and probably last) is garrisoned on Hellion IV. Being a Tau player I find this hilarious. :D
