I can't see what units will the cauldrons support? Do you have a combo that you are trying to pull off?

Well, considering that this list spanked me hard last week, it's probably pretty good. Those damned cauldrons are both good support for your army and not easy to overrun with small fast units.

Each turn this army can give two units either +1 attack, Killing Blow or a 5+ ward save.

Usually i give each Cold One Knight unit a 5+ ward save on turn 1 and 2

Then on turns 3 and 4 its either KB for the hydras or +1 attack for the knights

Turns 5 and 6 depends greatly on what else happened.

But the Hydra's have 7 base, and the handlers have 3 ( 2base + 2 weapons)
give them +1 attack to bring them to a total of 16 attacks or Killing blow. for 13 killing blow attacks.

Seems rather small, split the CoK up maybe?

splitting them up makes it much harder to keep everyone under the canopy of the rink of hotek

no comments at all?

The only thing I am curious about is why you have a unit of 10 regular guys. That doesn't make any sense to me. I would personally take those ten guys and split them into the RxB units so you have some good light shooting. possibly a couple of small CC units if needs be ^_^.

Just a thought though

I think that your army list has a serious problem against havy shooting have no chance, actually only 4 fighting units.

Looks very deadly. However, aremore of servitude and pendent is overprotection. U only need one. I would never even try to attack a DE hero anyway...

Can COK take Hydra banner? If they cannot, I would drop the lord for a BSB with it. 6 attacks per model with hatred will be amazing.

As medas says, you cannot stand this army against a heavy shooting army. March blocking your CoK and shoot them with archers or whatever and in two turns they will be running back to Nagaroth...

Tha hydras can give some problems, but some cheap units can distract them a while before they get chased by a high static combat resolution unit and finally the hidra will flee.

Does not look as a good army at all IMO.

All DE non-gunline armies die to gunlines. If your opponent wants to sit around rolling dice, hide behind terrain for a draw and let him roll by himself.

No need of "guns", just wood elves can take care of those few DE models in the table easily...

like someone said, all DE lose to heavy shooting. In my defense the cauldrons can give both units of knights a 5+ ward save, in addition to 2+ armor. Also the hydras are T5 with 4+ regen usually on either side of them.

I have also considered the BSB with hydra banner, problem is her gets killed becuase he cant have the pendant, or any real form of protection.
