I'm almost afraid to put this up here.

Anyway, unless you think something is a complete mistake and want to change the list, please only let me know what kind of tactics would be good against and O&G List.

3000 Pts - Vampire Counts

Vampire Lord (1#, 435 Pts)

Composition: Lord
General; Level 3 Upgrade; Hand Weapon; Undead
The Carstein Ring 1 The first time you die, you come back to life on a 2+. You must be placed in the front rank of any friendly unit on the battlefield.
The Cursed Book 1 One use only. Enemy models are reduced to WS1 when rolling to hit the bearer.
Avatar of Death (Shield) 1 Vampire gains Heavy Armor, Hand Weapon and Shield.
Master of the Black Arts 1 Vampire generates an additional 2 casting dice for itself.
Lord of Ghouls 1 The Vampire may use Invocation of Nehek to increase units of Crypt Ghouls beyond their starting size, and adds +1 on his casting roll when casting Invocation of Nehek on these units.

Sword of Kings 1 Causes Killing Blows. Killing Blown on a 5+ for a Wight King. [25]
The Flayed Hauberk 1 2+ Armor Save. Cannot be improved.
Crown of the Damned 1 4+ Ward Save. Bearer subject to Stupidity (even if normally immune to psychology).
Red Fury 1 For each unsaved wound, the Vampire gets to make another attack. Additional attacks do not get Red Fury bonus. Cannot use Great Weapon.
Infinite Hatred 1 The vampire Hates all enemies and can re-roll all misses in every round of combat.
Walking Death 1 +1 to Combat Resolution.
