I'm just interested to find out who the artist is that did most of the Index Astartes art.

The initials printed inside a length-wise rectangle...
Is it JPKK or NPKK? maybe IPKK?
Either way it's the best 40K artwork ever (alongside Adrian Smiths).

I heard that Mark Gibbons got 'let go' :cries: ...and that there were several other people gone aswell.
Well, so long as this guy wasn't one of them then the future of 40K imagery is still in good hands.

Mark Gibbons is now at Privateer Press.
Cool. That would suit his style.

JPKK is Karl Kopinski.

Mark Gibbons is not at Privateer Press, merely doing a little freelance work for them.

Mark Gibbons was fired? Oy vey, oy vey! He was one of the bestest conceptual artists there was! *announces a national day of mourning*

Ah! Thanks. :)

Is it known what the JP stands for, or is that getting too personal...?
