Simply put which direction does the unit run if hit by a SSC?

Page 49 of the rulebook says the first direction is as stated below and I figure we use the 25% casualties rules even tho it may just be one would from the SSC

Still learning the rules so apologise if its obvious :P

The panicking unit runs away from the source of panic, when they start to run. So, away from the Catapult in this case.

If a unit panics, it's first flee move is directly away from the cause of panic, so in this case it would be as if the Catapult had inflicted 25% casualties.

Still playing EVE?

Cheers and no I gave it up about a year ago to concentrate on my social life in real life, was a great time but 4.5 years was to much and the game itself was going down the tubes

Do I know you or just recognize me from forums etc

I'm SN from TBR.

Haven't played in about a year myself, pretty much the same reasons.

on a side note, you panic away from the unit that causes the most wounds. so if your TK horsemen cause 2 wounds, and your skelly archers cause lets say 3 wounds on a 20-man block, then they would panic away from the skelly archers on foot.
