Do you want to make the list more competitive?
If so I would change a few things:

Make your lord a caster or a combat monster, now he isn't really either.
Why not give your Wight some nice combat gear?
Your hero vamp won't pack a whole lot of punch with his current setup.
29 skeletons in 1 unit is too much, what use does that have?

Units of 10 ghouls will get shot to pieces in 1 turn.

I would drop the ghouls and replace them with skeletons, or drop the skellies and replace them with ghouls, a combination just doesn't work as well.

3 units of +/- 20 skellies/ghouls will perform better.

You're missing some of the best magic items in the book, give your GG WS6 or 7? Yes please?

go with a single raising unit, like said above its much easier to concentrate on one type of unit

i agree with makina. you need to focus on ghouls or skellies.
also what he said about being competitive is true: pick HtH monster or caster. being amix of both doesnt do much. although making him lvl 3 is ALWAYS a good idea.

i too, think that 29 is too big. go with 24 if you REALLY want to outnumber people. i dont like blooddrinker, but that is me.

you should always give someone in your army the book of arkhan. i like the black periapt as well.
