We've all seen his amazing models and prodigious armies from his time with GW, now he has started his own modelling blog!

He's kicking off with some awesome Traitor Guard which includes painted and WIP shots, a nice tutorial on making Blood Pact rebreather backpacks and one seriously wicked Stalk Tank in the shape of a praying mantis.

Man, this blog could shape up to be one of the greatest things ever! :D Yippee! :D I'm gonna waste so much more time on the internet now... :D

Well it's early days yet mate. Dave did put up a few shots of models from previous armies like his Tanith Guard and his Custodes conversions the other day. I guess it would depend on whether he still has the models to photograph? I'd be pretty sure he wouldn't be able to use any of GW's photos. Maybe if you paid his blog a visit and left some encouraging comments and asked really, really nicely he might bring them out... ?

There are a few photos of his 'Bretonnian' Genswick Guard archived towards the end of this thread:

he has some nice skills (ie conversion stuff), can't see the brilliancy in his painting though alas.
though I can imagine he has helped and inspired many peeps overseas.
good to see he's still busy then:)

Dave has put up some pics of his famous 33rd Genswick Rifles Imperial Guard that use Bretonnian components. Sadly there is only the one shot of the troops, the others are of his scratchbuilt Gorgon.

Dave was one of the most talented army builders that worked for GW. I wish he had a folder of pictures of all of his old armies.
