Hmmm, yeah theres a fair few.

The Imperial Fists themselves are very siege orientated and take a fair amount of devs.
Revilers Space Marines employ a fair amount of devastators. Right now thats all i can think of but they are the most prominent 2.

Well, the current fluff doesn't reflect it as much, but when the Index Astartes series came out in White Dwarf, the Salamanders were a VERY static army, and loading up on heavy weapons suited them. If you look a little further, one of the chapters in the 3rd war for Armageddon specialized in whirlwind bombardment followed by devastator squads. They were called the Marines Malevolent and actually have a pretty nice color scheme. The nicest thing about them is that practically no one has even heard of them.

Other than the verbal bitchslap Tu'shan gave them after they shelled a occupied refugee camp to kill some orks...

Well, there was a brief mention in an old White Dwarf article for Epic Space Marine that the Dark Angels chapter has an entire company of mounted Devastators supported by Land Raiders and Predators, called the Ironwing. Apparently that didn't make it past the conceptual stage, or into the Armies of the Imperium supplement for that matter. :(

On the new GW web are mentioned Silver Skulls, alot of devastators and librarians.

2nd eedition fluff had the Iron Hands being reliant heavily on Devs, so much so they could field entire sqds of Heavy weapons (iirc)

The 3rd edition Salamanders chapter organisation has regular battle companies with:

6 Tactical
2 Assault
4 Devestator

Compared to a codex chapter which had:

6 Tactical
2 Assault
2 Devestator

With the old signum access and special rules they had, this was actually followed up on the tabletop with Salamanders players having more devestators on the field than most other armies.

Hmmmm...people alwasy assume the Imperial Fists as they are siege experts, bearing in mind that they are just as capable and suited to swift lightning attacks as any other Astartes chapter, and there is little or no fluff to substantiate a claim that they use lots of devs.

Personally....just field large elements of the 9th company, the Dev support to back your own ideas up I say.

Point 1:
Ironwing was pre-heresy (it was in the Horus Heresy Astartes army list in WD126).

Point 2:
It didn't have any Devastators, only Tactical squads, tanks, dreadnoughts or support batteries (which at the time were manned by techmarines not devastators).
