I've been reading the DoC book and have a question about the demonic special rule. The first item "Immune to psychology; Fear". Does this mean that they are immune to psychology and cause fear? Or are they Immune to psychology and immune to fear? Are they simply immune to the effects of fear?

They cause fear on other units. They are also immune to fear being immune to psychology.

They cause fear on other units. They are also immune to fear being immune to psychology.

Since they cause Fear, Fear-causing units won't affect them. Since they are Immune to Psychology, Terror won't cause them Fear.

Free Grammar Tip:

Colons [:] set of an announcement or a list. Something after a Colon is directly related to the thing it follows.

.Semi-colons [;] set of a separate element or clause. I.e., semi-colons set off things that aren't directly related to each other, but happen to both related back to some other thing.

In lists, (like lists of special rules) the colon sets the title of the list from the elements. A semi-colon sets of each element in the list.

Go read Strunk and White. They explain it all so much better.
