it seems I lost a little thing from my Land Raider Redeemer, which I bought yesterday. Any chances I can get just this one little thing? :-/ Well, I don't think so, but hmmm

Check your pants. Whenever I lose my little thing it is always there!...

...Seriously though, call up GW customer support and they should be able to help you.

Or pop into your local GW. If you cant return the item, then chances are they will have a replacement in their bits box and they will help you out.

1- What part did you lose?
2- Was it in the box when you bought it?

yes it definately was in the box, it's this very little thing you have to glue on the front top left and right so you have no hole ;-) but well, I think I'll go to the local GW shop, where I bought it yesterday, hopefully I can get a "replacement".

If it came in the box, then you must have lost it at home and as such I don't think they'd give you a refund, or crack open a second box for a spare. Especially when you consider that it's a Land Raider.

That was what I thought, too :-/

If it is only a little thing, is it easily noticed if it is missing, or could you use plasticard or green stuff.

Otherwise try an online bits retailer.

It's at least noticable because there is a little hole now. Do you know a URL from a retailer?

Thank you, well it's a searchlight: http://www.bitzbox.co.uk.php5-2.dfw1-1.websitetestlink.com/product_info.php?cPath=21_27_159&products_id=3207&osCsid=kricelt1g50u7ep1fhc3mh3uc2

maybe the shipping to germany is a bit costly ;-)

Oh yeah. Not having those will be noticable. 2 nice retangle holes in the front of the tank. That sucks. Are you in the US?

Nope, germany

It might be worth seeing what the price is to post to Germany. They tend to use small jiffy envelopes rather than boxes and the Pound is pretty weak at the moment. :cries:

Hmm, I think a brainstorm of parts you can use is a good idea right now just in case you can't get a replacement.
