(SM) MK VIII Army, Think this will look ok?

Looking at building an almost all Mk VIII style army.

The basic plan is:
Tactical troops
Head: Space marine head with Camera
Chest: Mk VIII Sergeant chest (from tac box)
Legs: knee cap legs
Normal Shoulders + arms
Eagle Pattern On Boltgun
Sergeants have the helmeted land raider crew head, power fists, the circle+name plate shoulder pad and Crux Shoulder from the commander box and a tabbed

Sternguard:
Head: Raven wing knight style head with camera
Chest: Company champion chest
Legs: Running knee cap legs
the chained boltguns from black Templar's
Left shoulder the company champion one, right is crux shoulder from commander.
Sergeants have the helmeted land raider crew head, power fists, the circle+name plate shoulder pad and Crux Shoulder from the commander box
Eagle backpack from commander
And sergeant has a cape back

Do you think this would be acceptable for a MK VIII armored army?
I kept to a very uniform look, using knee pads legs and raised collar chests along with the same helmet. Option for the camera one because i like it and think it would go well.
The veterans are similar but more veteran looking, using the champion shoulder on the left because they are more turned that way firing so adds greater defenses, and makes them look more unique.

So, do you guys think this would be ok + look good?

Cool...but how/where do you get all the bits? Order 'em online? I've always wondered about those bitz sites.

Yah a friend has a sie he gets his from that he says are solid, need to get the adress from him though.
I'll order 1 squads worth and if it comes complete 'll get a second.
