In the Asrai tactica thread I just read skirmishers cannot be march blocked, but I cannot find this in the rules anywhere and have never played this way.

Have my waywatchers moved at half speed all this time or can skirmishers be march blocked like any other unit?

That is a rule from last edition (when they 'ran' instead of 'marching'). In 7th Ed skirmishers can be march-blocked just like any other unit. That was one of the big changes in the edition change.

Ah, that explains it. Thanks for the within-4-minutes quick response!

Just to be complete, every unit in the game can be march blocked, unless specifically told otherwise (certain magic items and dwarves for example, are exceptions)

Tell that to a fanatic or spawn!

Notably (and in my experience most often missed), lone characters on foot or mounted CAN be march blocked!

Flyers *can* be march-blocked, but of course they don't march when they fly (hey, it might still come up, if they are for some reason prevented from flying, and forced to use their ground movement!)

yep so a marched blocked disk that can't fly moves 1/2 an inch!

1" surely unless it's in terrain? Marchblocking just reduces you to your base M rate, not halves it.
