I can use the master rune of challenge to force my enemy to charge me.
The requirement being that he must be able to charge, how does this "stack" with the rune of slowness?

That is, how does it work out?

Assuming the charge is declared, it is treated as a normal charge.

In other words, if the RoS prevents the charge being completed, treat it as any other failed charge.

(If the charge isn't declared, then the target unit run screaming like weedy snots).

Huh no, the charge has to be possible to COMPLETE for the Master Rune of Challenge to even work, otherwise it has NO effect.

You cannot force a "failed charge or flee".

Well, MRoC does specify "under normal conditions".

I consider RoS to be an abnormal condition.
