I am unable to find the rules for the Flesh tearers so if any one here could help me either point me in the right direction or PM them to me

I believe that they just use the regular Blood Angels rules, but I could be wrong. Their fluff is in one of the Index Astartes, I think that it's the first one, actually. Not sure, though...

Only difference is that they get the Death Company Dread,

Basically a faster Dread that can't get stunned or shaken...

Although, if you like the idea of a particularly brutal and viscous Loyalist chapter, the Flesh Eaters have much better fluff and just plain cooler in every way...

FT are restricted to one tank for heavy support (e.g., Land Raider, Predator). FT are also restricted to one dreadnaught as heavy support. When rolling for Death Company roll again for veteran units if you roll a 5+. FT also have access to the Death Company dreadnaught. I play FT using the BA rules with the FT restrictions... sometimes I take Moriar as a stand-in for the DC dread. It is a great army and has utterly crushed many opponents.
