Is it just me, or is the Black Templar Battleforce no longer avaliable in the US. I can't seem to find it on the GW US online store (it was one heck of deal, maybe thats why GW decided to can it).

Dunno. It's still available in Britain, so not sure why it wouldn't be over the pond.

It. like the rest of the BT releases, is a splash release, only available for a limited time. Once the initial run are sold you use vanila marine boxes and the chapter upgrade kit. Metals will still be available mail order.

It was a *deal* to move product and get people started on BTs, after which they will (GW hopes) buy regular Marines and the upgrade kit to finish their armies at a higher cost.

Welcome to business.:D

Was it such a deal? Vanilla marines get the same minus the templar sprue and plus a razorback sprue.

Best deal is Tyranids here in northern europe. 125 euro's worth for 80. Lovely.

My advice - get the space wolf battleforce and the templar pack when it comes out. Extra CCW/bolters + bikes are better than the command sprue(s). And its $90 US instead of $110 for the SM BF.

If it is discontinued over here in the US, just wait there will be the Black Templars upgrade kit coming soon... 2 crusade spues plus the vehicle spue too.(not quoting price!)
