I approve, but maybe you could make those Night Goblins shooty. They won't be much good in Close Combat anyway. That'd give you 2 fighty units, one brilliant and one mediocre in close combat, when the enemy actually reaches your battle line!
Also you could possibly get some wolf/spider riders in case of light cavalry.

This list is kind of schizophrenic. Are you going to try to cast the waaagh! spell? If so then you should throw away all of the warmachines in favor of more boyz (because crews abandon their machines when it's cast). If you're going to be hanging back and pelting the enemy with magic and warmachines then you should add more spear chukkas and some archers.

In any case the night goblins need to be at least 25 strong, preferably 30. The boyz should be bumped up to 25 as well.

There are those that love and hate black orcs but in any case they are a large points sink. Play a few games with them- would you be better served by two groups of 25 boyz?

The list did well at the tournement I played in today, fought a Lizardmen army to a standstill until he was finally able to get Comet of Cassnadora off and kill my level 4 mage. All in all, it was a fun list to play, and yes it was very schizophrenic to play, but if I was playing for a cohesive and tactical battle, I wouldn't be playing orcs. All in all, it's a great list to just screw around with.
