I think you have to many stegs. at 2250 i wouldnt run anymore than 2 really, but if you want 3 its up to you. dropping one of em would give you alot more flexability as you could grab a unit of cold ones and adding a 4th terradon would help alot. id aldo drop the champ from the spear saurus, the extra attack just isnt worth the points when your already pushing out 24 str 4 attacks.

if you could push the TG unit up to 16 itd give you 3 full ranks, 12 is a lil bit small but could still be effective cause of the stubborn.

id also drop the scar vet just based on the fact that both your RnF units are already solid in combat, but if you want a fighty character he can do the job.

the plague of tepok is much better on the skink priest, as you can easily give the slann know all spells from any lore which is ALWAYS useful to have.

the screens are both good, you can easily drop the extra from the 11 grp if you need easy points though. and if possible run the salamanders as 2 units of 1.

The 2+ ward save on first wound item would be a lot more useful on a 2 wound character (your scar vet) than the glyph necklace.

Also, consider splitting the sallies into 2 separate units to increase versatility.
