While Decent I would suggest that you take the Shaman and the centigor somehow.. these are they guys that are searching for wyldstone.. with out characters you are going to have a hard time replacing any losses you might have due to injuries etc.

The Centigor is pretty handy anyways as he can charge 16"... (I have mine with heavy armor and shield so only 14" ) but that keeps him right in line with the Chaos hounds :) Yeah he's drunk sometimes but the chance of rolling 2 1's in a row is slim :) That extra S4 attack is nice too from the Trample

you can pick up the lowly guys later after a couple of games.
The hounds don't gain experience so put them low on the priority list unless you want some help for your forward roaming Centigor.

i'm not sure about the axes on your heroes? The great weapon gives them more benefit of armor piercing based on strength and you can only swing one weapon in a turn. Hmm. ok just read the FAQ.. you could still use the Axe and dagger...

Like Quin said, I'd try to get at least another hero in there to start with- will make it much easier to bulk up the band later on with the extra income. Similarly, go easy on the extra equipment for now- I'd drop the greataxes and pick them up after a game or so.

Just had a quick look at the rules; I'd suggest dropping the great weapons and buying a shaman. Take the swords from the second group of gors, give one to your shaman and one to your chieftan.

Of course, it's only a suggestion- if you prefer it as is, go right ahead!
