Would like some input on what you think of this? I've tried 2 level 2s, lots of fun, but lots of miscasts. :( Thought of trying assassin heavy but didn't like the amount of points invested in characters that I ended up with. So now, I've come to this which I think/hope is a nice balanced non-magic heavy compromise:

The Chosen of Naggarond:
Master - (General) - Heavy Armour, Sea Dragon Cloak, Soulrender, Pendant of Khaeleth (138)
Master (Battle Standard Bearer) - Great Weapon, Heavy Armour, Sea Dragon Cloak, Seal of Ghrond (147)
Sorceress (Level 1) Dark Steed, Dispel Scroll, Dispel Scroll (162)

20 Dark Elf Warriors - Musician, standard, shield (149)
20 Dark Elf Warriors - Musician, standard, shield (149)
10 Dark Elf Repeater Crossbowmen - Shield (110)
10 Dark Elf Repeater Crossbowmen - Shield (110)
5 Harpies (55)
5 Harpies (55)
5 Dark Riders, Musician, Repeater Crossbow (117)

5 Cold One Knights (135)
16 Black Guard w/Tower Master, Standard, Ring of Hotek, Banner of Haeg Graf (296) - plan to run these 6 x 3 w/Master General and Master BSB here

1 War Hydra (175)
2 Reaper Bolt Throwers (200)

1998 pts.
3 PD
4 DD, 2 Scrolls

Appreciate all comments/input.

Balanced? Yes. However, it takes most of the "problem" choices in the DE list.

Pendant of Khaeleth: it's only on a Master, but still a nasty thing.
Ring of Hotek. Just.... the Ring.
ASF Black Guard
Hydra.

Unless your local game store is somewhat more on the powergaming side, I'd consider toning it down a bit.

At least there's no Dragon, or Shadestar.
