View Full Version : Hang on, what on earth are GW doing about the exodites?

Alright, The exodites are mentioned several times in the eldar codex, from world spirits to dragon riders. I played an exodite oriented army. I'm fascinated by the exodites. does anyone have any new fluff or rumors about the exodites? It would save me a lot of exodite conversions.

None have been forth coming really but increased numbers of Exodite armies have been seen of recent. I for one am quite happy to carry on doing my own conversions though.

probably nothing. unless they really really want to make a sub-codex for a non-marine army. which I doubt. so no models, rules, etc.

still, exodites are pretty cool. they were the smart eldar :)

Is it wrong that I want to do an eldar army and use the Mkoll model to represent a pathfinder?

You could always try adapting some of the High Elven models - a Dragon is a Dragon, except when he isn't.

They even had a unit for 2nd ed (but you had to make the models yourself). You could always check out Agis Neugebauer's page.

High elves? The models are cool, but not sinister or urban enough for me. so I use cold ones with wings for my dragons. Honestly, I probably would've been better as a dark elf player. anyway, woodelves are also useful for the cloaks they provide, but I prefer dark elves. my 2 pence.

For the really rustic look, Wood Elves.
