I haven't played the LotR SBG in a good 4 years now, but I'm interested in getting back into it.
I'm going to hold some introduction games at my local gaming club to get the interest going, and then hopefully we can play a campaign od some sort.
Anyway, the new Galadhrim models caught my eye and as far as I understand, the rules for them are printed in WD355.
Now before I rush off to buy this WD, I just wanna know if there are rules for the use of them in the SBG too, or is it only for WotR?

Its for SBG only as far as I am aware.

My fiance uses the Galadhrim list. It is pretty good.

So it is safe to use in the skirmish game then, awesome :)
What about the WotR stats GW are providing for the Galadhrim on their webpage, are those just teasers for up-and-coming rules?

I...do...not know. I do not play WOTR.

But yeah, the WD Galadhrim rules are 100% for the SBG.

WOTR rules for Galadhrim are in the WOTR rulebook. It contains quite a lot of complete rules for models that are not yet released.

Great to know if my group decides they want to try WotR in the future, thanks for that additional bit of info Garoth :)
