Can someone help me out with the rules for extra dice for orcs in the magic phase. My buddy left his orc book at home and we don't have access to those rules here.

Orc and goblin shamans get +1 power and dispel dice for each Orc (savage, black and bigun included) unit of MORE than ten models or Goblin (common/night) unit of MORE than twenty models in combat within 12" of caster.

(Not sure about boarboys or wolfriders. I don't think they count.)

I think they do count, it is just rather hard to see a 20 strong Wolfboy mob... :)

I was under the impression that it is based on unit strength, so 5 boar boys or 10 wolf riders gives the bonus dice.

Half the unit strength comes from the mounts, who are not greenskins, and therefore do not count.

Another question. If a unit is fighting, and I have 2 shamans within 12", does that mean I get +2 dice, or just the one?

It is the number of models that count. The rules are very specific on this.
