Quick one here. Kinda....

If you have a model that is solo (my example is a single Troll without other Trolls in the unit) is he/she able to charge any direction as if it had 360 degree vision?

And does that apply to any model that is solo?

Do handlers stay on the field after their monsters are killed? Are they solo models?

lol kinda quick

Single models with Unit Strength 1 (so basically most small things on foot) are treated as Skirmishers for purposes of Line of Sight, movement through terrain and shooting (-1 to hit) (and I actually think they ARE Skirmishers).

Anything else (mounted models, Ogre-sized models, Monsters) will use the rules for Monsters, meaning 90 degrees view but free movement.

Of course handlers remain in play, independent from the Monster. They are now presumably a Skirmisher unit.

Ok so a single moiunted character is concidered the same as a monster having to use it's 45 to determine charge but can shoot at anything.

No, it has a 45 degree LOS for all purposes. Only fast cavalry has 360 LOS when shooting. Single characters that are mounted are not fast cavalry (unless they have some special rule to say so)

Well... actually is has a 90 degree LOS (45 degrees to each side).

But yes, basically any model with US 1 is considered a skirmisher w/360 LOS. Any model with a US or 2 or higher will generally have 90 degree LOS (there are some exceptions... Fast Calvary [shooting LOS only], Pegasus Knights, etc)
