say i have a character with a pendant of slaanesh(+1 attack for every unsaved wound taken) and regeneration.

would he get +1 attack if he makes his regeneration save seeing as he technically loses a wound and then gets it back.

anyhow discuss!

He doesnt technically lose a wound at all....regen is a save. The wound is only applied once the regen is failed.

Your getting confused with last edition.

Exactly. If it helps, think of "wounds caused" as wounds that count towards combat resolution.

6th ed. regen would have given you the +1 attack, but not the 7th. Ed regen.

Regen is now an extra save, instead of a restoration of a wound.

What kind of "technique" do you have in mind? The game mechanics for Regeneration is that it works in the same way as a ward save, hence a wound saved by Regeneration can't be considered "unsaved" since it was just, well, saved.

Get yourself a character that can cast Steal Soul or something and you'll be able to pick up an "unlimited" number of attacks!
