Ok your list looks ok except for a few things

Give your noble a sheild for 2pts he will have a 3+ armour save. Also Hail of doom is an excellent weapon in small games drop the ward save and put this beasty on your general and unleash it at any pesky fast cav or fliers

10 waywatcher is 'way'(pun intended) too many -reduce them to 5-6 at the most the could probably dropped all together in favour of some scouts and an eagle use the spare points to put in an extra galde guard unit or extra Drayds

I would also try and squeeze in another dispells scroll (perhaps drop the WR warbanner?) As WE are very allergic to magic missles evenb single d6 magic missles

you could drop some waywatchers ( a unit of 10 will be impossible to hide in terrain). With the extra points you could either make the branchwraithe LVL 1 or give her the cluster of raidents-both give you +1 dispel dice.

I forgot to list it, he does indeed have a shield :)

The Branchwraith upgrade might be a really good idea. I guess it depends on how much dispel dice you really need.
