the engine of gods is considered a magical item ?

IF yes can it be destroyed by valt of unmaking or law of god spell ?

Edit: In fact, it doesn't even deal magical damage.

The EotG is not a bound spell or a magic item. Burning Alignment *does* do magical damage.

This is a FAQ, not an Errata, but before you assume otherwise check with your opponent or tournament organizer.

It's an artifact left to them from the Old Ones,
so it's more like technology, but it does Magicial attacks.
game wise its a Howda weapon.
so it falls in the same category as the giant blow pipes, and the giant bow.

Show me where it says spells, miscasts or magic weapons do magical damage.

But on the point of it being item we agree, it definitely is not a magic item.
