Hi, everyone. I was thinking of converting the stats for weapons, armor, and other items, as well as monsters & races (Like Tyranids, Eldar, etc) into the D20 format (i.e. games like the new Dungeons and Dragons, and D20 Modern). Of course, most of my rules conversions would be inspired by D20 Modern, and supplements for that, like D20 Future and D20 Armageddon.

And there are some friends of mine who are interested in playing in such a game. If I ran it, the players would be normal humans (Rogue Traders, members of the Inquisition, etc).

Do you have any ideas about how I should do this? Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

there are already a number of D20 40K RPGs on the net, so I suggest you check them out first. There are however a number of 40K RPGs on the net.

The ASP has an increasingly large RPG section, which you may find useful.

Thanks. I'll definitely check out your link. Where would I find the D20 40K RPG's at?

Actually, right after posting that question, I did come up with the brilliant idea of google-ing it. ;) Needless to say, there's lots of stuff out there. I found a good set of rules linked off the Wizards of The Coast website. :)
