I got some questions about flyers and their movement. How is it calculated if you're in a wood and move out of the wood, chow much flying movement do you got to use? For Example: Beastmen Harpies scouting in a wood, they must make a 3'' move to leave the forest, how far ca they fly or do they need to use their normal remaining movement?

You cannot make both a ground move and a fly move in the same turn. You have to pick one or the other. So one turn to move out of the woods and fly the next turn.

So scout behind the woods if possible, not in them.

Oki then I know, how was it with the Merwyrm? it had movement 10 in water features but 6 when not in water.

the merwyrm was kind of a special case. The best way likely would be to do it in fractions so if your regular move was 6" but 10" in water then if you moved 3" (half your regular move) to get to the water then once you were in it you'd get 5" in the water (the other half of your move.)
