What size is Skarsnik's base? I intend to make a counts as, but not quite sure how big his base is.
Thanks in advance.

He looks to be on a cavalry base turned sideways, so 50mm by 25mm (I may be wrong as I'm just going off the image on the GW website).

It may be slightly smaller than that, say 40mm wide by 20mm deep to allow him to fit into a unit of Gobbos without making the ranking go skew-whiff.

I would just put him on two small infantry bases (the equivalent to 40x20) for that reason, but others may correct me on this.

I was wondering myself.
After looking carefully I think he replaces 6 night goblins. That's 2x3 small bases
Would like to hear what someone who owns the model has to say though...

He's on a 40mm x 60mm base

Yup, 40x60mm (or actually 60x40mm in standard width x length format). It seems like an odd base size at first because it is quite rare. The actual slottabase for it appeared first in Skarsnik and Gobbla model and later with Harry the Hammer. I don't know if latest prints of Thorgrim Grudgebearer and Bretonnian Grail Relique now contain the base, as they are the only models besides Skarsnik and Harry that I know to use such base size.

Another rare base size is 40x20mm, but there is a slottabase for that as well.
